Make 82 ch to Begin
1st Row - Dc in the fourth ch from hook and in each ch across (Total =
80 dc)
2nd Row - (3 ch to turn dc = 1 ). In the next stitch, make 3 dc inc. (3
dc in the Same stitch ) , 1 dc in the next, 1 ch, skip 2 stitches and
the * 1 dc , 3 dc inc. , 1 dc in the next stitch, ch 1 *. Repeat from *
to *. You Have to end the row with the dc ( you'll always have 1 dc in
the beginning of the row and 1 dc in the end) . Total = 16 teams (1 dc ,
3 dc inc. , 1 dc , 1 ch)
3rd Row - 3 ch (= 1 dc ), * 1 dc, 5 dc inc. (In the secondnd dc of the 3
dv inc. ), 1 dc, * ch 1 , skip 2 stitches and repeat from * to *. Total
= 16 teams: 1 dc, 5 dc inc. 1 dc , 1 ch
4th Row - (3 ch = 1 dc ). 1 dc , 3 dc inc. ( in the middle of the 5 dc
inc.) , 1 dc , 1 dc, ch 1 , skip 2 stitches and the * 1 dc , 1 dc , 3 dc
inc. , 1 dc , 1 dc, ch 1 *. Repeat from * to *. Total = 16 Times : 2 dc

In the 12th row, you will have something like this:
You will crochet the 1st and th 2nd parts (I don't know how to say
this… the "points" as shown), skip the 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th (first
sleeve), make the 7th, 8th, 9th, and 10th (back), skip 11th. 12th, 13th
and 14th (second sleeve), do the 15th and 16th (front).
Keep doing the pattern (always increasing in the odd rows) until you
want (it depends on the size of the baby).
Sleeves: the same way that the front and back.
In my case, I did for a 3 to 6 months baby: length 9,5 inches and sleeve
length.
You can go back and make a row of *1dc, 1ch, 1dc* in the neck to the
satin ribbon.
